Each bottle contains 60 pills of Kanna extract (500mg), take one or two capsules as required to support mood and help with anxiety, stress and tension. Kanna is also used manage mild to moderate depression. Traditionally, Kanna was also used as an appetite suppressant by Shepherds walking long distances. Kanna is reported to have the interesting property of amplifying the effects of other psycho-actives when taken in conjunction with them.
Directions?
An intoxicating dose of 4 capsules at once will cause euphoria, initially with stimulation followed by sedation.
In such case do not drive or operate machinery.
